2. Offer

Our offer depends on the market. We reserve the right to change prices, changes in the range of individual items, materials and colors.

3. Orders

We produce to order. Orders can be placed around the clock. As soon as a customer has sent his order on the Internet, it is legally valid, i.e. there is a purchase contract. After receipt of the order, the customer receives an electronic order confirmation from Geissfuss. When the order is received, an automatic credit check is carried out. If this is negative, we reserve the right not to deliver goods.

4. Terms of Delivery and Sale

We produce to order and deliver within Switzerland, the EU countries and the USA. Our delivery times apply from the receipt of the order. Delivery generally within 5 to 14 working days. If the delivery is delayed or if an item is sold out, our customers will be informed immediately. Claims for damages due to late and non-delivery are completely excluded.

5. Prices / Conditions

Selling prices in CHF, EURO, and US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices and the terms of delivery and payment at any time. VAT (Switzerland: 8%) is shown separately and is included in the product price. Claims for damages due to errors in illustrations, prices and texts are strictly excluded.

6. Shipping

Delivery will be made by mail. The shipments are carefully packed and sent. The cheapest current tariffs will be charged.

8. Payment

We do not sell on account. The goods are delivered against prepayment by post or bank transfer or against credit card debit.

9. Payment Discrepancies

In the event of discrepancies with the payment, we reserve the right to involve a debt collection agency.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Swiss legislation does not guarantee the customer the right to change his mind and return a product after an online purchase. Geissfuss Leatherwork Company can grant this right of withdrawal, but is not obliged to do so. Since we grant our customers a right of return within 14 days - as part of our terms and conditions - the right of withdrawal is actually obsolete. However, in order to provide good customer service, we always try to find an amicable solution. If a customer explicitly insists on the right of withdrawal, we will examine the case. If we grant the revocation, we will confirm this in writing. A revocation is not valid without our confirmation.

If a revocation is granted, the following provisions apply:

You have the right to revoke the contract entered into within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days, calculated from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Geissfuss Shop, Bahnhofstrasse 10, 6055 Alpnach, Switzerland / geissfuss@outlook.com) in the form of a clear statement (letter or email) that you are canceling the contract.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke the contract, we will refund all payments made, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs that have arisen because you have chosen a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), within fourteen days. The 14-day period begins on the day on which we receive the delivered goods back. We reserve the right to refuse repayment if the returned goods are defective or damaged. You bear the costs for the return.

The cancellation notice must contain the following information:

11. Exchange

If the items ordered do not correspond to what you want, the goods can be exchanged. To do this, the goods must be returned with a corresponding note on the enclosed proforma invoice. Please keep the return receipt from the post office. If the return is lost, it will only be reimbursed if the postal receipt is presented. From a value of CHF 400.00, the exchange is free.

12. Return

Our customers have the right to return the entire delivery or individual items within 14 days. The redemption takes place under the following conditions:

- Please let us know immediately if you have received defective goods or goods damaged in transit.

- All other items being returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

- Defective, damaged and incomplete returns will be charged.

- Goods returned correctly will be fully refunded.

Attention: Please keep the return receipt from the post office. If the return is lost, it will only be reimbursed if this postal receipt is presented.

13. Purchase Price Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, our customers will receive a credit note in the amount of the purchase price within 30 days.

14. Notification of Defects

The provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply to the notification of defects. Please note that you are obliged to make a written complaint immediately after receipt of the delivery.

15. Privacy

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection regulations of the federal government (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and the data protection declaration published separately on this website.

In cooperation with our hosting providers, we strive to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification.

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN agreement on the international sale of goods. Place of performance is Alpnach. Place of jurisdiction is Sarnen. We reserve the right to sue customers at their registered office.
